Refund Policy

Merchandise purchased online can be returned to any Lao Feng Xiang Canada location, for store credit, within 14 days of delivery. Returned merchandise cannot be returned if it has been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered. Please note that your store credit will be sent to you via an online giftcard that will never expire and can be used at www.lfxjewelry.ca and any Lao Feng Xiang Jewelry Canadian store.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery to any LFX store in Canada or by using the prepaid return shipping label sent to you.

Please follow these instructions exactly to return merchandise by mail; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return, and LFX will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

1. Request Return Authorization Form & Pre-Paid Shipping Label

Please send us an email at return@lfxjewelry.ca to request a Return Authorization Form and a pre-paid shipping label.

2. Package Your Merchandise

The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition. Enclose the merchandise and the printed Return Authorization Form, the packing slip, original packaging, and any certificate.

3. Ship Your Package Using the Prepaid Return Shipping Label

You MUST use the prepaid return shipping label sent to you. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, the return may not process. LFX will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.

4. Processing Your Return / Exchange

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your store credit in the form of gift card will be emailed to you immediately.
