The pendant takes the form of a yuanbao, the traditional ingot shape once used as currency and still read today as shorthand for wealth. Its crown stays smooth and brushed, unbroken by any pattern. Below it, the body opens into a fine pierced lattice, small lens-shaped cutouts repeating across the surface. The form is old enough that it no longer needs an inscription to say what it means.
