The ring pendant tilts slightly off round, its faceted face cut in lines that radiate outward from the open center, bordered by a fine beaded edge. Above it, a small brushed marquise shape connects the pendant to the chain, its vertical grain running opposite the pendant's radiating cuts. The chain itself shifts partway up, cable on one side, paperclip on the other, so even the connection stays a little uneven.
