The pendant takes the rounded shape of a vessel, its body opened entirely into fine filigree scrollwork rather than left solid. At the center, a lotus rises in relief, its petals paved edge to edge in diamond, radiating out from the base. Above it, a small lotus crown gathers the piece into its bail, echoing the same shape in miniature.
