Om Mani Padme Hum. Six syllables carried for centuries as the complete expression of compassion. In 24K gold, they are carried for a lifetime.
The prayer wheel is among the most sacred forms in Buddhist tradition. Each rotation is understood as the recitation of a mantra, an act of devotion made continuous. At Lao Feng Xiang, the form is rendered in pure 24K antique gold across stacked registers of hand-engraved sacred imagery. Four bands of pavé-set diamonds divide the cylinder with 102 stones totaling 0.849ct. A turquoise stone anchors the base, the color of sky and protection in Tibetan iconography. The gold cord carries its own meaning, woven with the same intention as the piece it holds. At 12.205g, nothing about this piece is incidental.
Part of the 1848 Collection, where the highest standard of gold artistry meets the deepest registers of cultural and devotional meaning.
