The pendant is shaped like a ruyi scepter head, its scalloped cloud-form outline opened into fine pierce work. Two smaller coin medallions flank the center, which carries 福, blessing, carved in relief. The ruyi shape has long stood for wishes granted, so pairing it with 福 doubles the intent rather than repeating it.
