The hulu's double curve is covered edge to edge in fine granulated filigree, leaves engraved faintly beneath the texture rather than standing apart from it. Only at the waist does the surface pause, where a small pink enamel flower sits with a single turquoise point at its center. Everything else on the piece is gold on gold. This one detail is the only thing that isn't.
