The dragon sits carved into a round medallion, its coiled body worked in raised relief within a scrolled border, framed above by a decorative cap. Below the medallion, a dense navy tassel falls loose, its silk threads catching movement the fixed gold above never will. The two halves stay in contrast, one carved and permanent, the other soft and unstructured.
